Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. E-Commerce Mechanism and Merchant of Record

The purchase of Tindari commercial licenses operates through recurring advance subscription charges (monthly or annual). The financial transaction, collection of local currencies, cross-border invoicing and settlement of applicable regional taxes are managed entirely by the international entity Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), which legally acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized commercial distributor of Tindari Inc.'s software. Transactions are additionally governed by Paddle's standard banking terms.

2. Full 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Full 14-day satisfaction guarantee: Tindari Inc. grants an absolute protection window of fourteen (14) consecutive days counted from the date of the first purchase and initial payment of the software plan.

If during this 14-day period the Client concludes in good faith that Tindari's logical features do not meet the operational needs of their premises, they will have the unconditional right to request the termination of the subscription and a 100% refund of the money paid, by formally notifying the request to billing@tindari.com from the account's administrator email. The processing of the money will be executed to the original payment method through the Paddle gateway.

3. Non-Refundability Rule for Ongoing Cycles and Consumables

Once the legal term of the initial 14-day guarantee has expired, the following corporate financial protection guidelines will apply strictly:

4. Cancellation Autonomy and Absence of Lock-in Clauses

The Client has the absolute right to cancel their software plan at any time they deem appropriate, autonomously from their financial administration module or by formally requesting it by email, without being subject to exit fees, commercial penalties or abusive minimum-term clauses. Upon confirmation of the cancellation, the renewal of the next period will stop immediately, but the Client will retain full access to the platform and their data until the last day of the monthly or annual cycle they had already paid in advance.
